General Requirements for All Nationalities

Passport copy with validity of more than six months from the travel or return date

Personal photograph with a white background
- ✓
Invitation letter from the conference host
- ✓
Confirmed hotel reservation
- ✓
Confirmed ticket reservation
Additional documents: Special requirements for certain nationalities will be advised by the travel agency.
